I think the biggest obstacle people face when they want to eat healthier is where to start. It can be overwhelming to try and change all your eating habits overnight (and basically impossible). So I decided to start the Real Food Challenge!
Every week I'll introduce a new thing to swap out (or swap in) as a baby steps approach to a healthier lifestyle. It won't be limited to just food.
