My favorite salad dressing at the moment

I have learned that it's much easier to get your greens on with a great big salad when you have a delicious dressing to top it off with. However, a lot of salad dressings are full of unnecessary nasty additives, preservatives, high fructose corn syrup and often times loaded with calories.

I've been making this at home quite frequently and the great thing about it is that it takes about 2 seconds to whip up and the flavor possibilities are abundant!



 Serves 1


Your favorite mustard (I like to use brown, horseradish, chipotle or jalapeño mustard- I change it up daily)

Apple Cider Vinegar

Black Pepper (optional)

Himalayan Pink Salt or Sea Salt (optional)


I don't have measurements for this because it depends on how big your salad is! Add your mustard and apple cider vinegar (and salt & pepper if you like) into a small bowl, mix around, then add to your salad. Easy as that! enjoy!
