Grain free, Sugar Free Cinnamon Toast Crunch!

1 tsp ground flax
5 tbs grass fed butter, melted
2 cups almond flour
2 tbs cinnamon divided
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
6 Tbsp monk fruit

Topping
1 Tbs monkfruit
1 tbs cinnamon

Combine dry ingredients together. Almond flour, cinnamon, flax, and salt. Add in butter and vanilla. Mix until well combined and form into a ball and throw it into the freezer for 20 minutes.

Roll it out into a 12x8 inch square and cut lengthwise and crosswise into small squares! (I used a ruler)

**you could probably also just bake this and then crack into pieces after if you’re not trying to photograph it.

Transfer to baking sheet and bake at 350 for 7 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes and then spray with avocado oil and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar topping.

Throw into a bowl with your favor
