One of the best things you can do for your health & to reduce inflammation is to cut out sugar. Or at least reduce your consumption. Thankfully with natural sweeteners like monk fruit and stevia that don’t impact blood sugar, it’s become a lot easier to do that!

So I had this idea a while back to stick together “Rice Krispies” with peanut butter instead of marshmallows (because I didn’t want the added sugar) and literally that same day my girl @avokween posted almost the exact recipe! 😆😍 Great minds think on the same wavelength.
Only diff is I use butter and she made hers with coconut oil, which is a great vegan alternative or just delicious in general!

Quotations because these aren’t actually made with Rice Krispies, but the grain free cereal @magicspoon instead
The beauty of this recipe is you could use any flavor of their cereal that goes well with peanut butter to make these. What makes them strawberry is I used their new strawberry flavor!
Their peanut butter, cocoa, blueberry or honey nut flavors would also be super delicious in this recipe.

Melt 3 Tbsp grass fed butter over the stove with 1/2 cup of peanut butter & 2 Tbsp monk fruit (could also use swerve, allulose or liquid stevia)

Pour 2 cups of @magicspooncereal into a bowl and pour your peanut butter mixture over. Mix until the cereal is fully coated then transfer to a 7x5 (or similar sized) dish. Put in the freezer for 20 mins, cut and devour!
