Buffalo Mac

1 box of pasta
1/2 cup of organic whole milk
1/2 cup to 1 cup of @primalkitchenfoods Buffalo Sauce
4 oz organic cheddar cheese (shredded or chopped)
4 oz organic jack cheese (shredded or chopped)
1/2 block of organic cream cheese
1 jalapeño, chopped
1 fresno chili, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp distilled vinegar
1 tsp cayenne
A few grinds of pink salt

Heat your milk over medium heat until slightly simmering - do not boil! Boiling it will cause the cheese to separate so make sure you never let it get to the boiling point! Also make sure you use whole milk for this recipe or the cheese sauce will not be smooth and creamy. Add in your cheese once slowly simmering, and put the heat on the lowest possible setting. Stir and as its melting add in the cream cheese, chilis, garlic, cayenne, vinegar and salt. Lastly, add in your buffalo sauce and let simmer until the cheese is fully melted. Meanwhile, cook your pasta and pour the cheese sauce over the cooked and drained pasta! Feel free to pour more buffalo sauce over the top before you serve!
